My doctor was pointing to the plastic sand bucket I had sitting next to my purse.

The guy in those pictures was at least twice as big as he was now!

So with my life on the line and a burning curiosity about the sand bucket, I went home and watched the video.

Because after following that advice, I dropped all the way down to a healthy range in only 6 months.
